Vertigo & Dizziness Treatment in McKinney & Allen, TX
Dizziness can make you afraid to turn your head, roll over in bed or walk without holding on. Many common causes of vertigo are very treatable with vestibular physical therapy, and at home there’s no drive while you’re dizzy.

Worrying about falling
What usually drives dizziness & vertigo
BPPV (loose ear crystals). Tiny crystals in the inner ear shift out of place, causing brief spinning with head movements. It’s one of the most common causes of vertigo.
Inner ear weakness. After a virus or another inner-ear problem, the balance system can stay out of sync and needs retraining.
Balance and strength loss. Weaker legs, less activity and fear of falling can make unsteadiness worse over time.
Neck-related dizziness. Some dizziness is linked to neck stiffness or injury, especially after whiplash.
How I treat dizziness & vertigo
Every session is a full hour, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Pinpoint the cause: Specific tests for your inner ear, eyes, neck and balance to find what’s driving your dizziness.
Repositioning: For BPPV, gentle guided head movements, such as the Epley maneuver, move the crystals back where they belong.
Retrain your balance: Gaze and balance exercises that help your brain, eyes and inner ear work together again.
Move with confidence: Strength, walking and fall-prevention work so you can get back to daily life safely.
